Once the booking request has been accepted, the reservation will be confirmed upon payment of a deposit equal to 25% of the total stay amount.

The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of the cancellation policies, applicable rates, and these booking conditions.
Payment may be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than one month prior to the arrival date, via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.
Upon arrival, a € 100.00 security deposit will be required as a guarantee against any damage to the property or its contents.
The deposit will be refunded at departure, following a joint inspection of the accommodation.

Any requests for cancellation of the reservation must be communicated promptly by e-mail.
The refunds indicated below refer to the balance of the amount only, which is equal to 75% of the total agreed price.
The balance paid will be refunded 100% for reservations canceled at least 30 days before check-in, while it will be refunded 50% in the case of reservations canceled between 15 and 30 days before check-in. Otherwise, customers will not be entitled to any refund.
Please remind that the deposit paid is not refundable in any case.

Unless otherwise agreed or necessary, key collection is scheduled between 5pm and 8pm.
If for any reason the booked accommodation not available, we will provide another one with the same features.
In case of non-acceptance, the full amount paid (including the deposit) will be refunded without anything else to claim.

Premises should be cleared by 10am.
The accommodations must be returned in their original conditions.

Guests are expected to behave in an orderly fashion respecting the house rules regarding noise levels and consideration for other guests.
Preparation and consumption of food should be confined to the kitchen area.
Smoking is not allowed inside the properties.
Wet clothing items should not be left on any of the beds, furniture, sofas and carpets.
Food and organic waste should be placed in the spaces provided (refrigerators, tables, containers).
Only the cooking utensils provided should be used for cooking.

Failure to comply with regulations will result in immediate conclusion of your stay.
